Doctoral student Fareshte Erani was awarded the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Individual Predoctoral Fellowship to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research (Parent F31-Diversity). Drexel University recently received a $300,000 grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to study gender equity in STEM at Drexel. The grant is supported by NSF’s ADVANCE program, which funds research promoting workplace equity and inclusion. College of Engineering Dean Sharon L. Walker, PhD, will lead the project.
