Martina’s primary research interests include deficits in cognitive and executive functioning in TBI and dementia and how these impairments manifest with increasing severity of the disease. She’s also interested in cognitive rehabilitation, metacognition, cross-cultural differences in perception and experience of neurologic disease, and how they inform the progression of disease.
Fun Fact: I moved to the USA from Argentina when I was 12, and have taken classes to learn 6 different languages since then.
